Job Summary
Remote Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Spanish-speaking patients via telehealth. Provides remote OT services, assessments, treatment planning, and interventions to promote functional independence. Must hold or be eligible for a CA OT license, have a Master’s degree in OT, and be bilingual in Spanish. Responsibilities include evaluating physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning; developing individualized treatment plans; delivering teletherapy and caregiver education; maintaining records with HIPAA-compliant practices; and staying current with OT standards. Compensation options include 1099 or W2 with hourly rates, and licensure reimbursement after initial hours. Ideal for clinicians comfortable working with pediatric populations (including feeding/hand therapy experience preferred) and capable of delivering care across multiple states via teletherapy.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active California State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply
- Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview
- Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our platform
