Job Summary
Provide and direct all aspects of quality patient care as the Occupational Therapist, including evaluation and treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation according to organizational guidelines and professional standards; act as a patient and rehabilitation advocate and participate in quality assurance and customer service activities; supervise and direct work of assistants and rehab staff; maintain safety and pursue ongoing professional development and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved curriculum in Occupational Therapy
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Oregon
- Able to practice unencumbered
- In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards
- Working knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources
- Full knowledge of resident’s rights
- CPR certification
- English language proficiency
