Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) for pediatric home health to implement treatment programs in home/community settings. Responsibilities include evaluating, developing goals and therapy plans, addressing physical, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL and social-emotional needs, coaching caregivers to carry over activities, coordinating with referral partners, and documenting care in an EMR. Requires a state license and CPR certification; provides both part-time and full-time opportunities with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing mentorship/training.
