Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) needed for pediatric home health. Provide OT services in the home and community, developing and implementing treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, sensory, and social-emotional needs of pediatric patients and young adults. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, creating goals with physicians, implementing skilled interventions to maximize independence, educating caregivers/families to carry over activities, coordinating with referral partners, designing home exercise programs post-discharge, and documenting care in an electronic medical record.
