Job Summary
Certified Occupational Therapist (OT) will implement pediatric home-health treatment programs to address physical, cognitive, sensory, and social/emotional needs by planning and administering therapy in the home and community; develop and implement OT treatment plans in collaboration with a physician; educate and empower caregivers to carry over activities; coordinate with referral partners; guide home exercise programs and document care in an EMR; participate in ongoing mentoring and training; flexible scheduling for part-time or full-time roles.
Required Qualifications
- Texas State OT license
- Current CPR certification
- A minimum of 1 yr. of experience preferred
