Occupational Therapist (OT)

Occupational Therapist (OT) for pediatric home health providing in-home and community-based therapy. Responsibilities include evaluating pediatric patients, developing and implementing occupational therapy treatment plans addressing physical, cognitive, sensory, and social-emotional disabilities or delays; setting goals with families and physicians; delivering interventions to improve independence in ADLs and daily routines; educating and empowering caregivers to carry over therapies; coordinating with referral partners; ensuring continuation of therapeutic plans post-discharge via home exercise programs; documenting care in an electronic medical record; maintaining patient confidentiality. Requires state license and CPR certification; 1+ year experience preferred. Roles available part-time and full-time in Humble, TX with comprehensive benefits.
