Job Summary
Provide pediatric occupational therapy in-home and community settings, evaluating and treating children with physical, cognitive, sensory, and social-emotional delays; develop individualized goals and OT treatment plans in collaboration with physicians; educate and empower caregivers to carry over therapeutic activities at home; coordinate with referral partners and ensure continuity of care post-discharge; document care and care coordination in an electronic medical record system; flexible scheduling with part-time or full-time opportunities.
Required Qualifications

- Current CPR certification
- A minimum of 1 yr. of experience preferred
