Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) needed to provide pediatric home health OT services in Conroe, TX. Responsibilities include evaluating and interpreting assessment results, developing and implementing pediatric OT treatment plans in collaboration with a physician, addressing physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL, and social/emotional development needs, coaching families and caregivers to carry over therapy into daily routines, coordinating with referral partners, creating home exercise programs, and documenting care in an EMR while maintaining patient confidentiality. Requires state license and CPR certification; 1+ year experience preferred. Includes opportunities for continuing education, mentorship, and professional growth.
