Occupational Therapist (OT) for pediatric home health, part-time or full-time, providing in-home and community-based therapy to children and young adults with physical, cognitive, sensory, and social-emotional needs. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing OT treatment plans with goals for independence, coaching families to integrate therapy into daily routines, coordinating with referral partners, designing home exercise programs post-discharge, documenting care in an EMR, and ensuring patient confidentiality.
