Job Summary
Certified Occupational Therapist (OT) to implement pediatric in-home and community-based therapy programs. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing goals and OT treatment plans with physicians, addressing physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL, and social-emotional needs, coaching caregivers to carry over activities, coordinating with referral partners, and ensuring continuity of therapeutic plans post-discharge. Must hold Texas OT license and CPR certification; 1+ year experience preferred.
