Job Summary
Provide pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community, evaluating patients, developing goals, and implementing treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, sensory, and social-emotional needs. Educate, coach, and empower caregivers and families to carry over therapeutic activities, coordinate with referral partners, and ensure continuation of therapeutic plans after discharge through home exercise programs. Document care in the EMR system and maintain patient confidentiality; position may be offered as part-time or full-time with a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
