Occupational Therapist (OT)

Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide pediatric therapy in home and community settings. Implements treatment programs to assist pediatric patients with physical, cognitive, sensory, and social-emotional disabilities or delays; conducts evaluations, develops and implements OT treatment plans, and coordinates with families to carry over activities at home. Educates and mentors caregivers to integrate therapeutic activities into daily routines; documents care in an electronic medical record; ensures continuity of care post-discharge with home exercise programs.
