Job Summary
Provide skilled occupational therapy care home-based for patients as directed by attending physician; evaluate patient functioning, develop individualized care plans, and educate patients and families on therapeutic practices.
Required Qualifications
- Occupational Therapist with a current license in the state of employment
- Minimum one-year experience as an OT in an acute care setting
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver
- Capable of all physical demands
