Occupational Therapist OT - Acute Care

Conduct occupational therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re-assessment, discharge planning, and documentation. Perform specific assessments, explain findings to patients and families, and incorporate them into goal setting. Demonstrate proficiency in treatment protocols, consult with healthcare professionals, and document changes requiring plan modifications. Manage accurate schedules, complete discharge planning and follow-up care, and accurately charge for patient activities. Provide frictionless patient access through flexibility and empathy while taking initiative in continuing education and serving as a clinical instructor. Participate in program planning and assist the team in meeting established goals.
