Occupational Therapist OT - Acute Care

Conduct occupational therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re-assessment, and discharge planning for acute care patients. Document results, explain findings to families, and incorporate patient goals into care plans while consulting with healthcare professionals. Manage accurate schedules, meet productivity expectations, and provide timely documentation of patient courses, daily notes, and progress summaries. Participate in program planning, protocol development, and mentor new staff, students, and volunteers.
