Occupational Therapist OT - Acute Care

Conduct occupational therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re-assessment, discharge planning, and documentation. Explain evaluation findings and treatment plans to patients and families while incorporating them into goal setting. Demonstrate proficiency in implementing treatment protocols based on patient presentation and consult with healthcare professionals as needed. Manage accurate schedules, meet productivity expectations, and ensure timely documentation of patient care activities and progress. Provide clinical instruction to students and assist with orientation and mentoring of new staff and volunteers.
