Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and families to maximize independence and quality of life; assess adaptive equipment and environmental modifications; educate residents and caregivers on techniques and safety; maintain accurate documentation; participate in interdisciplinary care planning; ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Requires current Colorado OT license and relevant clinical experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current Colorado Occupational Therapist license in good standing
- Skilled Nursing Facility, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
