Job Summary
Collaborate with clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients achieve full recovery and a timely return to valued activities under the integrated care model. Provide top rehabilitation care to residents at Signature HealthCARE nursing homes nationwide and to individuals on an outpatient basis. Work within a team focused on person-directed care and quality outcomes to support short-term rehabilitation and long-term care needs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy, culminating in a minimum of a bachelor-of-science degree
- Current certificate with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligible for certificate as required by state guidelines
- Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered
