Job Summary
Collaborate with clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients achieve full recovery and timely return to enjoyed activities under the integrated care model. Provide occupational therapy services to residents in Signature HealthCARE nursing homes nationwide as well as individuals on an outpatient basis. Work within a family-based healthcare continuum that includes skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and memory care while advancing person-directed care and quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy, culminating in a minimum of a bachelor-of-science degree
- Current certificate with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligible for certificate as required by state guidelines
- Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered
