Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, including guiding patients through assessments, creating personalized care plans, supervising care and treatments, and addressing patient concerns to support successful recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs, celebrate patient victories, and contribute to a collaborative team environment with access to advanced technology. This role adheres to Encompass Health's standards of compassionate, individualized care and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
