Job Summary
Provide skilled OT-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life. Work inside the dedicated therapy gym to help residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care. Maintain realistic caseloads and support residents with advanced rehab equipment. This full-time position requires an active Florida OT license and is open to professionals with SNF or post-acute experience. Join Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Solaris HealthCare Merritt Island, where leadership values quality care and clinician well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited OT program
- Active Florida OT license (or license-eligible)
