Job Summary
Full-time Occupational Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Rochester, NY. Responsibilities include evaluating residents and developing OT treatment plans to meet individual needs; selecting activities to help residents perform daily activities independently; observing, assessing, and documenting residents' OT progress; maintaining resident confidentiality; and fostering a cooperative relationship among the healthcare team. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited OT program and a current New York OT license; experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care preferred, new graduates encouraged to apply.
