Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment planning for residents, develop and implement treatment plans, supervise COTAs, and lead/interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and recommendations; opportunity to treat at multiple locations within CommuniCare Rehabilitation Centers, delivering care to seniors with complex conditions and collaborating with rehab team and families.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's, Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an Accredited Program
- Hold a valid or pending State Occupational Therapy License
