Job Summary
Provide skilled OT-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life. Maintain an active Florida OT license and work within realistic caseloads supported by modern rehab gyms and advanced equipment. The role requires a graduate of an accredited OT program with preferred experience in SNF or post-acute settings.
