Job Summary
Plan and administer occupational therapy treatment plans to alleviate pain, restore function, prevent disabilities and promote overall fitness and health; design a comprehensive plan of care with goals, outcomes, and discharge plan; assess for/modify splints or orthotics; educate patients, families, caregivers, and staff; evaluate clinical findings to determine diagnoses and plan of care; perform examinations, screen patients, monitor care by support personnel, communicate with medical team, document per standards, meet service/productivity standards, and participate as a clinical instructor as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) IDFPR
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association
- Bachelor’s Degree: Occupational Therapy (Required)
