Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neuro conditions; develop individualized care plans and goals; collaborate with PTs and the care team to ensure optimal outcomes; serve as a clinical leader for OT services in the clinic; build strong patient relationships and support community engagement; document thoroughly using our advanced EMR platform; ensure compliance with all state, federal, and payer requirements. Eligibility includes graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and an active California OT license (or eligibility); Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required. This outpatient orthopedic setting offers opportunities for advanced residency programs and ongoing professional development.
