Job Summary
Plan and implement occupational therapy intervention programs and accommodations per IEPs in collaboration with the supervising occupational therapist. Provide training to the educational team for program carryover and supervise COTA/L staff. Collaborate with the IEP and school teams regarding caseloads, intervention programs, and instructional support activities. Develop adapted materials for school participation, document intervention notes, progress reports, and annual summaries, and contribute to re-evaluation data collection. Manage routine facility maintenance, equipment selection, and administrative duties including scheduling and billing. Participate in team meetings, pre-referral activities, and professional enrichment to maintain high service delivery standards.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- CBOT and NBCOT License
