Job Summary
Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients within the ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program, focusing primarily on oncology and lymphedema cases with ortho backfill as schedule dictates. Maintain open communication with all parties, adhere to state practice acts and laws, complete required trainings, and ensure compliance with government regulations. Adult outpatient experience is required, with level II fieldwork considered, while lymphedema and cancer rehabilitation experience is preferred. The role supports our network of 900+ therapists creating personalized rehabilitation plans for people affected by cancer.
Required Qualifications
- Adult outpatient experience
- Level II fieldwork experience
- Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Occupational Therapy
- Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certified
