Job Summary
Occupational Therapist position on call, responsible for patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation within a general rehab caseload. Requires skills in evaluating and treating physical and cognitive deficits that affect daily life activities, designing restorative programs, and documentation of care plans. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Professional Licensure where required by state law
- Two years clinical experience preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Independent and effective clinical judgment
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to function effectively in multi-faceted systems
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
