Job Summary
Evaluate and interpret patient assessments to determine the necessity for skilled services and develop occupational therapy plans of care. Develop and implement treatment plans focusing on functional and measurable outcomes, while providing guidance and education to patients and families on adaptive techniques. Document and complete billing according to current standards, perform data collection, and supervise occupational therapist assistants as needed. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and assist in maintaining equipment and inventory. Requires a current State of Minnesota Occupational Therapy license, BLS certification, and flexibility for weekend and holiday rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Current State of Minnesota license in Occupational Therapy, which must be in good standing.
- Bachelor, Master or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current American Heart BLS certification.

Additional Requirements
