Job Summary
Conduct patient care based on total assessment and written evaluations appropriate for the patient's medical condition while complying with hospital and physical therapy department policies. Assist in the department's performance improvement plan and the hospital's commitment to continuous quality improvement. Maintain and improve occupational therapy knowledge and skills by conducting staff in-services and attending continuing education courses. Adhere to the Standards of Practice for Occupational Therapy and Code of Ethics established by the AOTA. Requires Oklahoma licensure, Basic Life Support certification within 30 days, and a graduate degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
Required Qualifications
- License: State of Oklahoma
- Certification-Basic Life Support (CPR) within 30 days of hire
- Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy with a BS, MS, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy

- 6 months or greater preferred
