Occupational Therapist / Occupational Therapist Assistant (OT/OTA)

Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in the home and community. Implement evaluation-based treatment plans for pediatric patients to address physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL, and social-emotional needs; set goals with families and caregiver coaching to carry over activities into daily routines; coordinate with referral partners; educate families; document care in an electronic medical record system; maintain patient confidentiality. Part-time role with opportunities for full-time and ongoing professional support and mentorship.
