Job Summary
Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, and home assessments. Conduct patient assessments evaluating the level of function using diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests. Observe, record, and report to the nurse supervisor and physician the patient's response to treatment and changes to the condition. Consult with the physician in the development of the therapy plan of care while providing service within the scope of practice as defined by state laws. Requires current Occupational Therapy licensure in Idaho, CPR certification, and a dependable vehicle. Full-time employment with a total cash target pay range of $71,700 to $158,400.
Required Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of Idaho
- Current CPR certification
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation
