Occupational Therapist

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with physical, cognitive, or developmental challenges. Deliver direct therapy services including adaptive equipment training, home safety evaluations, and discharge planning to facilitate patient independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and monitor progress toward functional goals.
