Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Provide high-quality occupational therapy services, including interventions and therapeutic activities designed to promote physical and cognitive functioning. Document patient progress and develop care plans to ensure optimal outcomes while participating in quality improvement initiatives and maintaining regulatory compliance. Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida
- 1 year of experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
