Occupational Therapist - NICU Float

Evaluate patients and reassess progress in accordance with hospital guidelines to develop individualized plans of care with measurable short- and long-term goals. Monitor patient response to interventions, recommend adaptive equipment or treatment termination, and instruct families on appropriate home treatment programs. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess patient needs, ensure authorizations, and document all information in the electronic medical record. This NICU float role requires at least three years of NICU experience, preferably at Level 4, with independent infant feeding skills and OT certification. Candidates must pass respiratory fit testing and possess strong communication abilities for this fast-paced setting.
