Occupational Therapist

Evaluate and test individuals served, develop effective treatment plans, and administer therapy programs while communicating needs to staff. Provide re-evaluations, manage caseloads, and set up home exercise programs with home evaluations. Maintain documentation including reports of services and weekly schedules to meet therapy goals. Serve on the rehabilitation treatment team by attending meetings for program development and system enhancements. Collaborate with physicians, staff, consultants, families, and community resources to ensure program effectiveness.
