Job Summary
Coordinate treatment and implement services for assigned clients as a member of a multi-disciplinary Early Childhood Services team, including outreach visits in natural environments. Provide outreach services to children and families while consulting with team members to develop individualized plans and multidisciplinary services. Maintain client records completely and accurately, including IFSPs, progress documentation, and DPH forms regarding intake and discharge. Complete billing documentation according to schedule and adhere to professional standards and clinical recommendations. Keep supervisor informed of client progress and remain compliant with all documentation requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Health Professionals
