Occupational Therapist - Neuro - PRN - North Fulton

Implement occupational therapy treatment plans and select activities to help patients progress toward goals in activities of daily living, functional mobility, and cognitive tasks. Collaborate with physicians to establish, evaluate, and revise treatment programs while developing realistic discharge plans with patients and families. Provide ongoing education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources, documenting all evaluations and sessions per departmental guidelines. Uphold ethical practices, maintain patient confidentiality, and adhere to infection prevention protocols. Complete core and annual competencies, participate in staff meetings, and assist in orienting new employees.
