Job Summary
Provide skilled occupational therapy in accordance with the plan of care for participants. Assist the IDT in evaluating patient functional levels using diagnostic and prognostic procedures. Recommend orthotics based on condition and needs. Treat participants through therapeutic activities designed to restore function and self-care. Observe, record, and report participant reactions and condition changes to the physician, Clinical Director, or IDT. This role requires an AOTA-registered Occupational Therapist with a Washington license, CPR certification, and one year of experience. The position offers independent operation with a day shift from Monday to Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Registered by the American Occupational Therapy Association
- successfully completed the educational requirements of occupational therapy
- State of Washington Occupational Therapist license
- Health Care Provider level CPR certification
- Minimum one (1) year of occupational therapy experience
