Job Summary
Provides comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and therapy plans to promote maximum independence, including patient evaluations, home and work/activity preparation, and ongoing adjustments to therapy. Manages a patient caseload to meet productivity metrics, supervises OT/COTA staff as needed, conducts discharges and documentation, designs home exercise programs, and remains compliant with HIPAA, safety precautions, and regulatory requirements. Requires strong hand therapy and orthopedic experience with splinting, familiarity with CHT preferred, and ability to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals to advance patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program leading to, at minimum, a Bachelor's degree
- Current state Licensure through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Allied Health Division of Professional Licensure
- CPR certification
