Job Summary

Provide occupational therapy services in clinic at partnering ABA locations for children aged 3-12, collaborating with speech and physical therapists to innovate techniques and reach client goals. Create and implement therapy programs that enhance daily living performance, administer evaluations to formulate plans of care, and track client progression while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality. Educate families to increase skill generalization and carryover, and participate in interdisciplinary reports and meetings regarding treatment progress. Maintain professional knowledge through continuing education and clinical orientation. This part-time 1099 role offers a flexible schedule, paid mentorship, and access to therapy materials and a facility dog.

Required Qualifications

  • OTR License to practice in the State of Texas
  • Minimum 2-years occupational therapy experience
  • BLS/CPR certification
  • Willingness to undergo a background check
  • Laptop or tablet to document via Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
  • Willingness to commit to a minimum of 20 working hours per week

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-years experience with pediatrics, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and/or Sensory Processing Disorder
