Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) needed to provide one-on-one patient care in a post-acute care setting with Encompass Health. Responsibilities include delivering occupational therapy treatment and patient care in accordance with hospital, state, and federal guidelines; supervising and delegating to occupational therapy assistants and technicians; maintaining open communication with hospital departments to meet patient, staff, and hospital needs; and supporting patients’ goals toward independence. Requires current state licensure or certification and strong communication skills; CPR preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure or certification required on or before first day of employment
- CPR certification preferred (unless required by hospital policy)
