Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) for pediatrics in home health. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans for children birth to 21 with physical, developmental, and sensory needs, delivering 1:1 therapy, teaching families strategies, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Requirements include OT degree from an accredited program, Texas OT license, CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Texas Occupational Therapist License
- New graduates are welcome – mentorship and training available
- CPR Certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- COTA supervisory experience is preferred, but training is available
