Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist role in the Port Macquarie & Taree region delivering community-based, evidence‐based therapy to participants with disability. Manage an allocated caseload, perform developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical assessments, interpret findings to set personalised treatment goals, and provide interventions to improve participants’ independence and quality of life. Maintain awareness of current legislation for compliance, work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, and design flexible work hours with a mix of home, community visits, and office/clinic spaces. Role supports professional development, supervision from senior clinicians, and pathways across Ability Action Australia & MedHealth; hybrid remote work is available depending on location.
