Job Summary
Manage a caseload aligned with your areas of interest by conducting clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions. Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy goals and interventions while providing environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces, and residential settings. Recommend and facilitate Assistive Technology to promote independence, ensuring compliance with current legislation and NDIS guidelines. Collaborate within a supportive, multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored outcomes for NDIS participants. Full-time or part-time hybrid role in Perth or regional WA with industry-leading remuneration, salary packaging, and car allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- A proactive, client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow
- A genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
