Job Summary
Manage a caseload aligned with your areas of interest while conducting clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions. Develop individualized, evidence-based therapy goals and interventions, providing environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces, and residential settings. Recommend and facilitate Assistive Technology to promote independence, ensuring compliance with current legislation and NDIS guidelines. Collaborate within a supportive, multidisciplinary team to deliver Allied Health services including Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology, and Physiotherapy. This role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time options, including remote, community, and telehealth work. Ability Action Australia provides industry-leading remuneration, kilometre reimbursement, and professional development allowances.
Required Qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
