Responsible for patient assessments, creating and guiding personalized care plans, supervising treatments, and addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery. Building meaningful relationships with patients and celebrating progress. Qualifications include state licensure or certification and CPR; a Master’s Degree is preferred (or a Bachelor’s Degree with substantial experience).
