Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns to support recovery. Build meaningful clinician-patient relationships, celebrate patient victories, and work within a collaborative team using cutting-edge technology to deliver compassionate, high-quality OT services. Requires state licensure/certification and CPR certification; Master’s Degree preferred or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience; strong emphasis on growth, education, and delivering outcomes in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
