Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, and create personalized care plans to support patients' recovery and independence. Build meaningful patient relationships, address physical, mental, and emotional needs, and contribute to positive outcomes in an inpatient rehabilitation setting as part of a collaborative Encompass Health team.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
